Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often.

How do I pay for a trip?

Once the operator accepts your booking request you settle payment through the method shown at checkout — JazzCash, Easypaisa or card. Where an online rail is not enabled for that operator, they will give you bank transfer details in writing.

Is my seat reserved straight away?

No. Submitting a booking request holds your seats while the operator reviews it. The booking becomes confirmed when they accept, and you can follow the status from your dashboard.

What does "verified operator" actually mean?

We have checked their CNIC and business registration documents. It means the business is real and accountable — read the reviews for how they actually operate.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, from your dashboard, as long as the trip has not completed. Seats are released back to the departure. How much you get back depends on the operator's policy, which is shown on the trip page.

How many trips can I compare?

Up to three at a time. Use the Compare button on any trip card and open the compare tray to see them side by side on price, duration, rating and inclusions.

Do you list Umrah packages?

Yes. Umrah packages sit on the same platform with their own tier, hotel and distance-from-Haram detail, so you can compare them on the same basis as tour packages.

How do I become an operator?

Register an operator account, complete your business profile, then submit your CNIC and registration documents for verification. Once approved you can publish departures and manage bookings from the operator dashboard.

Can I book for a group?

Yes. Choose the number of travellers when you reserve and add each traveller’s details at checkout. Seat availability shown on the trip reflects the operator’s live inventory.
