1. Who we are

OnTrip is an online marketplace that connects travellers with independent tour operators in Pakistan. We provide the platform for operators to list departures and for travellers to discover, compare and reserve seats.

We are not a tour operator, travel agent or carrier, and we do not employ the guides, drivers or hoteliers who deliver your trip.

2. Your account

You must give accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Do not maintain multiple accounts to get around a suspension. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why.

3. Bookings and the travel contract

A booking request is an offer to the operator, not a confirmed reservation. The contract for the trip is formed between you and the operator when they accept your request.

Itineraries, inclusions and prices are supplied by the operator, who is responsible for their accuracy.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown per person in Pakistani rupees and are set by the operator. Taxes, permits or entry fees not listed as included are payable by you.

Payment is collected through the method shown at checkout, or directly by the operator where an online rail is not enabled. OnTrip adds no booking fee unless it is shown separately before you pay.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations and refunds follow the policy published on the trip page and summarised on our Cancellation & refunds page. Seats released by a cancellation return to the departure inventory.

Operators may change an itinerary because of weather, road closures, security advisories or events outside their control. Material changes must be communicated to you as soon as they are known.

6. Operator obligations

Operators must hold valid business registration, provide the transport, accommodation and guiding described in the listing, and comply with applicable Pakistani law.

Operators must keep departure dates, seat counts and prices accurate, and must honour the bookings they have accepted.

7. Reviews and content

Reviews may only be submitted by travellers with a completed booking for that trip. Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience and must not contain abuse, personal data or commercial promotion.

We may remove content that breaches these terms, and we may hide a review while a report about it is being investigated.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the platform, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, upload malicious files, or use the service to harass anyone.

Verification documents you upload must be your own, or submitted with the document holder's permission.

9. Liability

OnTrip provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the acts or omissions of operators, for missed departures, injury, loss of belongings or travel disruption arising from the trip itself.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect, and continuing to use OnTrip after that date means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
